Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable. If you downgrade or cancel mid-period, no partial refund or prorated credit is issued. You retain access to your current plan’s features until the end of the billing period.

Each plan includes a monthly usage limit. This limit resets at the start of each billing period. Unused capacity does not carry over, has no cash value, and is not refundable. Usage limits are a feature of the plan, not a prepaid balance.

Top-Ups

Top-ups are one-time purchases that add a permanent usage balance to your account. Usage carries forward indefinitely and is drawn down as you use the service, on top of your plan’s monthly allowance. Top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of how much usage remains.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. When you cancel:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted.

How to Cancel

Cancel through the billing portal link in your dashboard Account section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing. Where practical, we will provide advance notice of material price increases. You may cancel at any time.
