Acceptable Use Policy
Purpose
This policy defines acceptable use of LLM Prover. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, tier restrictions, or usage quotas.
- Share, resell, or redistribute your API key or access credentials.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any destructive code.
- Submit personal data, health data, financial data, or any data regulated under HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or GDPR special categories. See our Terms of Service for the full list of prohibited data types.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable export control or economic sanctions laws, or while located in or acting for a sanctioned or embargoed jurisdiction or restricted party.
Using the Service Against Other Systems
The Service connects to third-party AI models and providers, and lets you register your own endpoints. It is for testing and measuring models and systems you own or are authorised to test. It is not a tool, proxy, or attack vector against anyone else. You may not use the Service, or your credentials, to:
- Attack, probe, penetration-test, overload, degrade, or attempt to extract data or system prompts from any model, endpoint, system, or provider you do not own or are not explicitly authorised to test.
- Develop, refine, stage, or launder prompts or payloads intended to cause harm, circumvent a provider’s safety or usage controls for a malicious or unauthorised purpose, or facilitate unlawful activity.
- Route another party’s traffic or workload through your account.
Security and adversarial testing (red-teaming, jailbreak, prompt-injection, and similar) is permitted only against models, endpoints, or systems you own or are explicitly authorised to test. You are responsible for holding that authorisation and for all prompts you run.
Third-Party Provider Policies
Your prompts are sent to third-party LLM providers, each of which has its own acceptable-use policy. You must comply with the acceptable-use policy of every provider your usage reaches (listed on our Models page). Where a provider’s policy is more restrictive than this one, the more restrictive rule applies. Breaching a provider’s policy is a breach of this policy and our Terms of Service, and may result in a provider throttling, suspending, or terminating access, which we may act on without notice.
Rate Limits
Each subscription tier has defined rate limits. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling. Persistent abuse will result in account suspension.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy immediately and without prior notice. Where prohibited, abusive, or unauthorised use is identified or reported (including by an affected provider), we will suspend or terminate your access on a provider’s reasonable request, and we will cooperate in good faith with providers in investigating and remediating the issue, including by providing relevant logs and records. For such use (including using the Service as an attack vector or breaching a provider’s policy) we also reserve the right to pursue legal action and to seek recovery of any resulting damages, costs, and expenses, and to cooperate with law enforcement or other authorities. No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations. See our Terms of Service for your full responsibilities and indemnity obligations.
